Die Studierenden erlangen ein Verständnis für die Zusammenhänge zwischen Bautechnologie und Baugestaltung sowie praxisbezogene Kenntnisse in der Projektorganisation.
Vermittlung organisatorischer, wirtschaftlicher und rechtlicher Grundlagen der Planung und Durchführung von kleinen und mittleren Bauvorhaben unter Berücksichtigung der Ziele der Architektur; Bedarfsplanung am Projektbeginn, Leistungsumfang der Planungsbeteiligten, Termin- und Kostenplanung, Baukoordination und Bauaufsicht, rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen.
Lehrveranstaltungsprüfung gemäß § 7 Satzungsteil, Studienrechtliche Bestimmungen.
Wird im Rahmen der ersten Lehrveranstaltung besprochen.
