Goal: C1 in particular in the following activities:

Production written:
The learner can write clear, reader-friendly and well-structured  texts on complex subjects and produce an article in his/her own area of speciality.

Reception written:
The learner can take information, ideas and opinions from longer, complex texts, both general and from his/her own area of speciality.

Interaction written:
The learner can take down and pass on all types of information effectively and react to information appropriately.

Text Types:
letters, emails, short forms (paragraphs), reports, summaries, abstracts, articles, papers, essays

Content:
to organise your writing; to present an argument; to describe methods, processes, problems, results; reading academic texts and preparatory research

Language Register:
formal versus informal; academic vocabulary - especially collocations/ word combinations and synonyms; referring to sources, facts, statistics

final test: text production in class (short summary, summary and a written comment)
