If you are about to begin work on your  master thesis, by the end of this course you should have established your research question, drafted a research plan and have a detailed exposé available to help you complete your master thesis in a reasonable time period. If your work is already underway, then the objective is to guide you in progressing with and completing your paper with the help of the group and the course leader.

Academic supervision and guidance on diploma and masters theses predominantly in the areas of gender and/or migration research, body narratives, history of science and knowledge research (Master-Modul: Der Körper in Erziehung und Bildung) .

Case work, group discussion, text editing.

Course with formative assessment, i.e., students are graded on the basis of written and/or oral tasks assigned regularly over the term.

Participation in and completion of the exposé

Will be provided  in the course of the lesson
