This course will iterate and detail concepts introduced in previous courses "VO Design of Software Systems (703022)" and "VO Software Engineering and Project Management (703035)". Course participants should be enabled to learn new software engineering concepts, choose appropriate tools and work on complex tasks in a output-oriented fashion.

During this course different software engineering concepts will be trained, applied and evaluated by working on a semester project. The investigated concepts and tasks will follow current software engineering trends and will require the independent familiarization with and introduction of new technologies, frameworks by course participants as well as their application to a given development project.

Identification and discussion of concepts and tools; application of new concepts and tools as part of a semester project; documentation, reflection and presentation of project results

Compulsory attendance, continuous assessment based on regular written/oral contribution by participants and project results

Will be discussed in the first lesson.

Positive grades in both proseminars "PS Design of Software Systems (703023)" and "PS Software Engineering and Project Management (703036)" are required to participate in this course.
