In this practical course, a voltage regulator is developed from scratch. First, the behaviour of a single transistor is considered, then current mirrors and further reference sources are designed. After that, a simple operational amplifier is built. Finally, all components are combined to form a low dropout voltage regulator (LDO).
Die Lehrveranstaltung „850360 VU Elektronische Systeme“ kann im Wintersemester 2024/2025 nicht angeboten werden. Um Wahlmodul 1 Mikroelektronik zu absolvieren, kann stattdessen eine Lehrveranstaltung aus einem der nichtbelegten Wahlmodul nach §8 Abs. 3 Z 2 bis 4 des Curriculums d.h. aus WM Maschinelles Lernen, WM Stromrichtertechnik, oder WM Hochfrequenztechnik angerechnet werden.
