The students deepen their knowledge in work- and organisational psychology theories and research findings regarding the use of information-and communication-technologies (ICTs) at work.
The digital transformation is a principal driver for changes in the workplace. ICTs facilitate new ways of how, when and where we work. In this course current research and phenomena of working with ICTs are discussed (e.g. technology assisted supplemental work, virtual teams/ leadership, telework/ telecommuting, technology related workplace demands / ressources / stressors).
