In this part of the module, the students learn the theoretical background of the methods to be used in the integrated project study, as well as they get hands on on samples from the study site.
Introduction into field sampling strategies, experimental design and diverse methods in aquatic or terrestial ecology needed for the project study.
Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).
Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"
Will be discussed in the first lesson.
Semester introduction for all students in the Master's Programme Ecology+Biodiversity on 03.03.2025 at 8:00 in the großer Hörsaal / Campus Technik.
For the allocation of places in courses with a limited number of participants, attendance at the meeting, either in person or by a deputy, is required.
This year, the course focuses on ecosystem research and landscape ecology.
