Students have in-depth knowledge of how the health of employees in organizations can be sustainably strengthened. Students are able to differentiate between effective levels of approach. Students are familiar with practical fields of application. 

The mental health of employees in organizations is becoming increasingly important. There are far-reaching potential benefits if the mental health of employees is strengthened. Based on proven theories and models of work and organizational psychology, practical fields of application for strengthening the mental health of employees are shown. Various approaches to strengthening mental health are examined. In particular, a distinction is made between personal responsibility and organizational responsibility.
