Advanced knowledge aboout employment law in the context of medical professions, from the perspective of both employers and employees in the health system; familiarity with essential issues of employment law in hospitals as well as in surgeries, sanatoria etc.

The following matters are being imparted particularly:

1. Employment law used on employees in health professions;

2. Employment contract – conclusion of contract and contractual conditions;

3. The employee’s obligation to work;

4. The employer’s obligation to pay remuneration;

5. Accessory obligations in the employment relationship;

6. Compensation in the employment relationship;

7. Transfer of an undertaking and employment law;

8. Termination of employment.
