The National Student Survey is the only comprehensive study that examines the social conditions of student life in Austria. It focuses on different topics: time budget for studying and employment, students' satisfaction, income situation and housing condition. The final results provide a well-founded information and decision-making basis for higher education policy makers.

Each and everyone´s perspective is highly needed in this study. The invitation to participate in the online survey will be distributed by email in May 2023.

The study is run by the Institute for Advanced Studies Vienna (IHS) on behalf of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research (BMBWF).
