Praktisches Arbeiten mit ncRNAs
Die enzymatische Funktion von RNA-Enzymen wird am Beispiel des hammerhead Ribozyms und von siRNAs untersucht. Zudem werden Proteine durch das Ribosom, einem weiteren RNA-Enzym, in einem in vitro Translationsansatz im Reagenzglas synthetisiert.

A preliminary meeting for all elective modules of the master study in molecular biology will be held on March 2,2026 in lecture hall B. It is obligatory to attend all three parts (lecture, seminar, course) to pass the module.
