Students are able to critically analyze current topics in biomedical research and discuss them in teams.
They are familiar with current methods of biomedical research.
They can plan experiments in these areas (method selection, experimental design, controls), perform statistical analyses, and develop strategies for graphical presentation

Provides students with an overview of the diverse research areas represented by the participating lecturers.

Introduces the range of topics that are also covered in the elective modules.
