Acquaintance with the most important views in contemporary action theory.
In the lecture the following questions are discussed: What are actions? What is the difference between actions and natural events? How are actions caused? Are omissions actions? Can we act collectively? When is an action rational, and what does rational action have to do with reasons? What or who is it who acts? What is this thing called the self that acts?
Lecture with the possibility for discussions.
