Getting to know the leading principals of scientific working by composing a term paper.

The course deals with current developments in the field of Commercial and Corporate Law influenced by European Union Law.

Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"

Will be discussed in the first lesson.

If necessary, topics for the presentation will be assigned at the preliminary meeting.
