Insight into the practical issues of corporate and company law.

The lecture will deal with current practical examples from the commercial register department of the Regional Court of Innsbruck with a focus on corporate law issues (in particular on corporate law and on the circumstances of reorganization, i.e. merger, demerger, transformation, contribution, merger, division into real estate).
An excursion to the commercial register of the Innsbruck Regional Court is also planned, with a presentation of the structure and functioning of the commercial register database and electronic collection of documents.
