The course aims to provide conceptual tools and methods in order to apply the various national and European regulations of the labor and the trade union rights.
Source of labor discipline. The trade union relations: freedom and trade union activities and the right to strike.
The course will be developed through lectures in which great importance is given to the reading and interpretation, even systematic, standards and statutory regulations.
