Obiettivo: approfondimento delle tematiche trattate a lezione dalla Prof.ssa Girolami e dal Dr. Winkler Vertiefung der behandelten Themen aus der Vorlesung von Professorin Girolami und Dr. Winkler

Contenuto: la trattazione di istituti giuridici di diritto privato e di diritto pubblico che trovano applicazione nella regione Trentino/Alto Adige Insbesondere Diskussionen über die Rechtsinstitute des Privatrechts und des öffentlichen Rechts, wie sie in der Region Trentino/Südtirol angewandt werden
Metodo didattico: ripetizione alla luce di casi pratici e discussione con gli studenti Wiederholung mittels Fällen aus der Praxis und Diskussionen mit den Studierende
Modalità d'esame: esami scritti Klausuren
