Acquisition of basic statistical knowledge, ability to analyse, discuss and solve simple statistical problems, application of statistical software
Descriptive statistics, probability theory, principles of estimation and testing theory, contingency tables, correlation and regression, case studies
Lecture, proseminars with excercises at the computer using statistics software
Online-tests and two written proseminar exams to pass the proseminar, written final exam for the lecture. For details see the syllabus
