The purpose of the seminar is to deepen the key issues of the 3 h lecture, to provide deeper insights into int. fiscal relations and to prepare for the course exam. The PS will rely on take-home works (short research papers), presentations and discussions while classes. Topics will be distributed in the "Introduction" on October, 8. A positive assessment of the seminar is a prerequisite for participating in the final course exam.
