Improving the knowledge about the purpose and context of tools and practices of leadership; development of detailed knowledge about appraisal and feedback interviews; ability to analyse these tools of leadership from managerial and political/control perspectives; develop basic interview skills
The seminar concentrates on appraisal and feedback interviews; in this context issues of performance appraisal, training and career development will be discussed; different theoretical perspectives on these tools of leadership will be raised
