Participants will identify their communication style and the style of others, the strengths and blind spots of each style, and what impact internal, external as well as organizational factors have on communication. Participants will gain a better understanding of conflict situations and how to deal with them.

Exploring several communication styles Identifying your and other participants' communication skills challenges

This is a practical workshop filled with exercises, role-plays, individual and group activities, and discussions

Ongoing assessment of active participation, along with several written assignments in OLAT, and a team assignment

Registration requirements: successful completion of the mandatory module "Approaches to Organization Studies" § 7 2-1
