1) pre-requesite is that students have read the book 'Process consultation revisited' prior to the seminar, as well as the two texts.  (see reading list above)

2) task to be accomplished by the start of the seminar:

each students hands in 3 real questions, that emerged for him/her reading the book and texts. A real question is characterised by not having an answer, nor a hypothesis, rather astonishment.

questions need to be handed in at the start of the seminar on a sheet of paper including student data, as well as sent in via-e-mail to the course tutor.

3)      task to be accomplished after the seminar:

writing a reflection paper of 3-5 pages, along the following questions

- which of my personal real questions have changed, have been answered or remaind the same through the seminar. Which new real questions have emerged?

-which crucial insights did I have towards the consultation approach „Process Consultation“  - reflecting on my personal insights and on insights looking at organisations.

The reflection paper needs to be handed in by June, 30th in paper and via e-mail
