Students shall be able to identify different sources of organizational dynamics. They shall understand how dynamics force organization to adapt and / or change and how these processes can be actively designed. Students shall be able to reflect upon fthe complexity of change processes, forms of resistance to change and the possibilities of organizational transformation.

-Philosophical orientations towards “change” - Paradigms for understanding change and transformation - Linear and nonlinear models of change - Rhizomatic model of organizational change - Sensemaking and organizational learning - Self-designing systems - Defensive Routines and resistance to change - (artistic) interventions and transformation
