Students should acquire knowledge on pecularities of workplace learning and develop an understanding of opportunities to facilitate that learning as a task of leadership. In that context a special focus will also be on the development of intercultural competencies as key competences in a globalized economy.

preparation for paper discussion (written short background papers to selected items -> the procedure will be introduced on Oct. 7th (first meeting)) term paper 12-15 pages Deadline for submission of the term paper: 2010-01-11 written and oral test
