This course is designed to deepen knowledge of the process of research in the social sciences and of a variety of research methods that exist in the field of organization studies. A key element is the encouragment of interdisciplinary competences.

We will discuss a couple of questions dealing with the purpose of research, its process and its objectives: What is research and what does it mean to do research? What is methodology and how to organize the research process? Which ethical and political implications we have to reflect?

The course will be organized as lecture, interactive sessions with students' presentations will take place.

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"
