Students acquire the ability to analyze employment relationships from different theoretical perspective. They are able to assess management decisions from these perspectives and develop suggestions for improvement.
In the first step, an understanding of the plurality of perspectives on the employment relationship is conveyed. Then, the students explore how different perspectives of the employment relationship affect the evaluation of management decisions and use selected perspectives for developing practical suggestions.
