The objective of the PhD seminar is to provide an overview of quantitative methods and research designs for management research. The seminar should enable students to understand and assess scientific work that uses (common) quantitative methods.

The focus of the course is on understanding different research designs rather than on the details of specific statistical techniques, but some statistics will be needed.
