- In the fast pace of the world today, corporations need to quickly adjust to changes in its environment in order to stay in the game. In this course we take a closer look at these challenges, with respect to a financial setting. The objective of the course is to provide the students with the tools and knowledge by which Management of Corporations, Management Consultants and Financial Analysts use in their profession. The students are expected to have fulfilled courses within accounting, micro and macro – economy. Any marketing and HR related courses are of benefit.
Presentation skills, FDI, M&A, Spin-offs, Macro-analysis, HR, dcf-models, analyst reports.
This course use pre-dominantly business-case.
40% individual work 60% group work
