Students acquire knowledge and skills on how to stimulate the successful evolution of strategy and leadership. They study cases of business leadership, focusing on individuals who form and change their organizations.

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree.

Eine Anmeldung erfolgt beim Pflichtmodul 1: Strategisches Management zur LV VU Strategisches Management, eine Anmeldung in die dazugehörenden SEs Strategisches Management erfolgt über LFU:online nach Absolvierung der VU durch das Institut.

Die Anmeldung zu den LVs der weiteren Pflichtmodule des 1. Semesters (Pflichtmodul 2: Strategisches Marketing und Strategische Markenführung, Pflichtmodul 3: Marktforschung) erfolgt nach Absolvierung des vorausgesetzten Pflichtmoduls durch das Institut.
