Students learn how to install, lead and maintain entrepreneurial processes inside business organizations as well as in their networks of stakeholders. They acquire knowledge and skills on how to develop a business idea and to transform it into an entrepreneurial venture.

Contents: 1. The nature of Entrepreneurship 2. The Entrepreneurial Process 3. The Business Plan: an entrepreneurial tool 4. The Entrepreneurial Venture and the entrepreneurial organisation 5. The window of opportunity: positioning the new venture 6. Organisational growth and development: entrepreneurial tasks and challenges
