Based on the foundations of service theory the course will explore the structure, conduct and performance of leisure and tourism firms and markets. Heavy emphasis will be towards the management of enterprises represented in the tourism value chain.
International and domestic tourism, Information and Travel Decision Behaviour, The Essentials of tourism marketing, Tourism policy making at the micro- and macro level, Environmental Valuation and Sustainability, Planning and Development in Leisure and Tourism, Tourism Case Studies.
