Based on the foundations of service theory the course will explore the structure, conduct and performance of leisure and tourism firms and markets. Heavy emphasis will be towards the management of enterprises represented in the tourism value chain. Students will learn how leisure and tourism demand have globally changed and have the possibility to explore tourism and leisure consumers’ evaluation of complex product and service bundles.
