The recent global trend has changed both our perception and practices of different cultures in developed as well as developing countries. That seems the current social direction while we face a world wide “struggle for talent” the very crenel of “technological advancement” and “economical change” for social good. Multiculturalism / pluralism / is the very key to bring talent (cultures) together from all social groups of different spheres of life. According to significant theories, more than any times our universe needs to develop the culture .We are observing that successfully, the culture has helped to diminish differences, conflicts, and war. It possibly helped to bring the experiences, knowledge from varied cultures together for a social good. It helped people to bring their talent (culture) wealth together to make their universe better and joyful for all human beings at all walks of life. Multiculturalism, can be equated, above all, with long term process that have eroded the social foundation for cultural, ethnic, racial and color distinction and conflicts Multiculturalism / pluralism / seems the best road to attain desirable social goods by tightening the bonds between people. This inspires every citizen of the universe to learn the basics of the culture use it in our day to day life and be a model. To this end we need to understand the theoretical and pedagogical base. It is important to learn, debate investigate and share our experiences from different cultures. That is by presenting different theories, methods, techniques and tactics of achieving pluralism. As a result the course aims to provide the theoretical and pedagogical bases of developing multi cultural society. It addresses different theories, methods, techniques, and tactics to achieve multiculturalism. The course too to this end presents methods of solving conflicts between different cultures and groups, by taking specific examples.
Methods of presenting the course: Lecture, group and individual presentations, field study, visits and reports, cultural show, films and video.
