In this course, we will look at the adaptation of a classic children's book to the stage: The Animals' Conference by Erich Kästner. The play is on the programme of the Tiroler Landestheater in autumn and we will take part in rehearsals and have discussions with theatre practitioners. The central focus is on forms, genres and text types of theatre communication as well as the theatre pedagogical preparation of literature.

ATTENTION: The course begins on Monday, 30 September at 10.15 a.m. in the theatre with participation in the concept rehearsal and ends at around 5 p.m. at the university. So please reserve the whole day. After that, the course runs regularly on Mondays 12-13.30 and ends on 16 December.
