Ziel dieses Kurse ist das Thema der Identitätsfindung im kolonialen wie auch postkolonialen Diskurs, d.h. wie wichtig eine positive Identität ist, um die 'Anderen' zu definieren.

“The Trope of Cannibalism in the Formation of Identity”  behandelt Texte, die sich mit dem Thema Kannibalismus auseinandergesetzt haben/auseinandersetzen, d.h. in wie weit Kannibalismus in der Identitätsfindung eine Rolle spielt.
