The aim of this course is to acquire effective presentation skills for seminars, teaching, and non-academic settings (e. g. business presentations). This training-like course should lower your fear of presentations and provide you with effective guidelines for successful presentations.

To make the course as practice-oriented as possible, participants are encouraged to prepare a 15- to 20-minute presentation. Ideally the presentation should be about your M.A. theses or your area of scholarly interest.
