In a relaxed atmosphere, a variety of texts and/or situations will be dramatized.
The course addresses a wide range of learning styles (spatial, kinetic, auditory, interpersonal) in order to develop cultural competence and advanced speaking skills in English.
Basic drama skills and general tools for successful communication will be introduced.
Due to the workshop character, the course will be held on four days, preceded by a kick-off meeting.
BLOCKLEHRVERANSTALTUNG (room 40130 and Coffeeroom 40332, 1st and 3rd floor Geiwi-Turm):
FIRST MEETING: Wednesday 20 March, 2013: 14.00-16.00 (kick-off meeting) Coffeeroom 40332 (3. Stock Geiwi-Turm);
Saturday 13th, 20th, and 27th April and 4th May, 2013: 9.00-12.00 and 13.30-17.00 hrs
Tutorials: To be arranged at beginning of term
A text in performance will serve as a basis for obtaining a positive grade.
