Aneignung von theoretischem Wissen über die Physiologie der Pflanzen.
Die Pflanzenphysiologie ist die Wissenschaft von den Lebensvorgängen (der Physiologie) der Pflanze, besonders deren biochemisch-biophysikalischen Grundlagen. In der Stoffwechselphysiologie werden Grundlagen im Kohlen-, Wasser - und Mineralstoffhaushalt besprochen, in der Entwicklungsphysiologie interne und externe Steuerungsfaktoren analysiert. Die Wirkung von Umweltfaktoren auf physiologische Prozesse wird heruasgearbeitet.
