Analysis and interpretation of preclinical pharmacology data

  • On basis of a selected class of active compound develop a non-clinical development plan for regulatory approval purposes
  • Analyse non-clinical development strategy of an approved compound of the class
  • Calculate dose and dose interval to achieve a definded Css, define NOEL  and potential first in human dose

practical course applying theoretic knowledge to specific practical situations

active participation in practical course demonstrating understanding of theoretical principles and critical reasoning
