Fundamental concepts in bioimage analysis and interpretation
Techniques for extracting numerical information from 2D, 3D, fluorescent, and superresolution microscopy
Basics of programming for automation of image analysis tasks
Principals of machine learning-based algorithms for image analysis
Application of open source image analysis tools for image quantification
Lecture with in-class exercises
Continuous assessment (based on regular written contribution and oral participation)
Will be provided
Preliminary meeting for optional modules will be held at the beginning of the semester.
It is obligatory to attend and participate in all parts (VO and UE) to complete the module.
