The objective of this course is to introduce graduate students into arena of advanced power converter topologies and systems. On completion of the course, the student should be able to autonomously:

  • Understand a concept of Advanced Power Converters & Topologies.
  • Deploy proper topology according to the need and specification.
  • Design a Power Converter according to the specification.
  • Oral Exam: 80%
  • Homework: 10%
