Graduates can combine their cultural knowledge and language acquisition with regards to cultural studies contents and literature in lessons teaching German as a Foreign/Second Language and are able to design interaction processes in a culture- and gender-sensitive way.

Contents:

Concepts of regional studies in the face of German as a Foreign/Second Language teaching concepts; (inter-)cultural competences and skills in German as a Foreign/Second Language lessons; integrated cultural studies of German-speaking countries (DACHL-concept); regional studies project work in lessons.
