You understand the basics and the effects of the EU Fundamental Rights and are for their particular significance in the daily lives of citizens sensitized.
Representation of the legal protection by the Court of Justice of the EU with the essential forms of procedure; Mediation of the requirements under EU law for the legal protection before national courts; Overview of the protection of fundamental rights in the EU.
Processing of the teaching contents by means of talk with case studies under inclusion of the students.
