Participants of this seminar work on their perception of communication processes and on their ability to capture its structure as well as group dynamics. Furthermore the participants are supposed to learn how to change destructive communications together with those participating in it.

This semester, the seminar’s focus is on harassment at work. The seminar is based on participants’ willingness to get involved with communication processes, to take over different roles, and to give and receive feedback. Role plays will be videotaped. In order to receive a certificate, continuous commitment, a paper, and continuous participation are mandatory (absence of one session max.!).
