Students will be able to understand and use different theories in the context of gender and organisation. They can identify and analyse problems deriving from gendered organisations.
-Theoretical concepts of gender and organisation - Gendered organisational (sub)structures, cultures and relationships - Overt and covert discrimination - Methods to study gender, work and organisation
