The aim of this course is to prepare students for their reading list exam
In this course we will deal a sample of texts used in the study of English linguistics. We will start with a detailed analysis of the various sorts of resources and then move on to the analysis of specific academic language use in different resources. In the second part of the course student presentations of book texts will be focused on.
Apart from interactive teaching units students will be asked to work on various texts at home.
The final grade is based on both presentations and work in the group.
