to explore creative avenues for teaching functional, notional, structural and lexical grammar; to review critically existing approaches to teaching grammar; to analyze existing coursebooks; to relate creative grammar approaches to CEFR competences and skills; to encourage learner autonomy in analyzing and applying creative grammar

coursebook analyses; CEFR revisited: curriculum and syllabus designs; comparative analyses of grammar manuals; producing novel materials based on creative principles;

introductory workshops; individual or paired presentations of a negotiated grammar area, in the form of 3 lesson plans for one week's work at CEFR B1 level.

Assessment of 3 lesson plans; simulation/ presentation of one lesson or parts of all 3 lessons; improved version in dossier; poster summarizing work achieved
