The focal points of the lecture are how crisis originate; how crisis intervention can be done in companies/institutions; basics of stress and psychotraumatology (how do people experience crisis); consequences of crisis and traumatic stress; basics of mobbing and how to handle with mobbing; intra-company prevention.

Companies or their persons in charge are sometimes confronted in different ways with psychosocial crises. E.g., both recreational and occupational accidents with or without fatal consequences, disasters, suicide of colleagues, etc. but also social problems as mobbing.
