Listening: Objectives: to promote receptive listening skills with particular stress on understanding gist and detail Speaking: Objectives: to promote oral skills and highlight problem areas in pronunciation, intonation, stress, grammar, vocabulary, fluency and oral communicative skills.

Listening: Content: use of a variety of texts on everyday topics e.g. travel, studies, jobs etc. in line with the CEFR topics and levels Speaking: Content: descriptive treatment of above topics

Listening: Method: communicative, interactive approach with optimal teacher-student input and interaction

Exam Modus: audio ; oral final exam
