To heighten students' awareness of the lexical systems of English in everyday contexts and usage.
Word formation, affixes, compounds, lexical relations between words, loan words, new words/ phrases, core phrasal verbs, countable/uncountable nouns, word classes.
A communicative, pragmmatic approach to lexical usage by creating meaningful contexts in the classroom.
Written final exam and course work.
